The GAD-7 PDF screening tool consists of 7 questions which clients answer independently or as part of an interview conducted by the therapist during the course of treatment. Clinicians use the GAD-7 PDF to screen for symptoms of generalized anxiety as well as PTSD, panic disorder and social anxiety. The GAD-7 PDF outcome provides the clinician and client with a clinical picture of the severity of the anxiety symptoms that the therapist uses to develop a diagnosis and individualized treatment plan for the client.
